Playing abstract-mindedly with code
Messing with JPG and TXT file coding is fun, totally random and sometimes you just break it! As it is a copy of a JPG file, you just start again.
Get any JPG file and make a copy, this file change .jpg to .txt and ok the dialogue box. Open the .txt file (ignore the top two clusters) if you do not have much text code change the file, you have less chance of making a file you can no longer access - broken.
You can select and delete or copy and paste random sections, do a couple of changes then close the window, it will prompt to save - save. Return the .txt to .jpg open the file. You can repeat the process until you like your creation or it breaks!

Provided you make a copy of your file you do not loose your picture.
